Video Conference Mediation

I have been mediating cases, with great success, using Zoom software.   When using Zoom:

• The participants do not need to have an account with Zoom or purchase any software.  They simply click on a link that they receive in an email.
• Lawyers and their clients need not be in the same room.  They can be placed in a breakout room so they can have confidential consultations, during the mediation, with or without the mediator present.
• The parties can view documents together as long as the document is on their computer.
• The parties can jointly draft settlement agreements together on a shared screen.
